Acceptance

By creating an account or using YourBigDay.ai you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you accept on its behalf.

The service

YourBigDay.ai provides event-planning tools (checklists, calendar, budget, guests, seating, documents, and related features). We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Subscriptions & billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Paid plans start after the free trial. You can manage or cancel anytime from Settings → Billing; access continues through the paid period.

Your content

You retain ownership of the data you enter. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the service for you. You're responsible for the lawfulness of data you upload (including guest information).

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, attempt to breach security, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability & liability

The service is provided “as is.” We work to keep it available but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.

Termination

You can delete your account anytime (Settings → Privacy). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
